("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites, platforms (iTrack, eKaushal) and training programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Trans Neuron Technologies provides:

• iTrack: an AI-powered learning ecosystem platform connecting learners with industry leaders.
• eKaushal: a vocational skill ecosystem management platform for government skilling initiatives.
• Training programmes: educational courses and corporate training in emerging technologies.
• Consulting services: EdTech and SkillTech consulting for institutions and organisations.

Account registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses or malware

Our content

All content, features and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and software, are owned by Trans Neuron Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User content

By submitting content to our platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and distribute such content in connection with our services.

For users enrolled in our training programmes:

• Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only
• Certifications are issued upon successful completion of programme requirements
• We reserve the right to revoke certifications obtained through fraudulent means
• Refund policies vary by programme and are specified at enrolment

For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes
• Payment is due as specified at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trans Neuron Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trans Neuron Technologies, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
